The Ngawha Innovation and Enterprise Park is a 237 hectare development that provides economic and employment opportunities for the Mid-North and wider Te Taitokerau through symbiotic businesses working within a circular economy, centrally focused training and education and new research and development programs.

The Park will have a substantial impact, in the Mid-North, on employment, business and its local economy, deep social factors and the environment.  It's foundations have been built on many of the issues and challenges that the Kaikohe and surrounding districts have been grappling with for many years.
