About: NZ Hothouse has grown, packed and marketed New Zealand's freshest and most flavoursome produce for over 30 years.
Founder and Executive Chairman Brett Wharfe started growing tomatoes in 1984.
It all started as a one man growing operation, sending fruit to the wholesale markets. Today, the NZ Hothouse Group of companies employs more than 350 people in their growing, packing, marketing and logistics divisions.

What will the intern be doing?
General crop work and learning about our business. They will have an opportunity to learn about how the company works and the technology that goes into Growing our crops.
Company Accreditation:NZGAP, GlobalGAP, GRASP
Ideal Applicant: Open to all applicants
Good work ethic and ability to learn. Can do attitude and fit for tasks.
Benefits Included: Minimum 30hrs/week
We offer good full time hours Monday to Friday - no rain off days and we are classed as essential if we had another lockdown
