What will the intern be doing?
The student will lead the project. The student will do literature review, collect data where needed, analyse the data and report on findings. This project will involve case studies, communicating with internal and external stakeholders include grower. At the end of the project the student will deliver a presentation to relevant Zespri staff and prepare a written report. Student will work closely with Zespri Technical and Quality Team members, and Global Extension team. Having a NZ driver license is desirable.

Ideal Applicant: University Student. The intern will ideally have a science, technology or engineering background. Analyses numerical data, and all other sources of information and interpret results is a key skills required for this role. A background in statistical knowledge is advantageous, but not essential.
