We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at Te Papa Orchard, based in Central Hawke's Bay. You will work closely with the Orchard Manager, responsible for providing high-level administrative support across finance, recruitment, payroll, and general office duties. You will also work closely with our Recognised Seasonal Employees coordinating documentation and supporting with pastoral care, so it’s vital you can build relationships with people from all different backgrounds. This is a permanent full-time role.
You’ll also have:
- Confident in using Microsoft Business Applications: word, excel
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Great communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Previous administrative experience is preferable
- Current full drivers’ licence
