The Agriculture and Horticulture team plays a vital role in supporting the organisation to train over 20,000 learners every year.
About the role
Support Training Advisers out in the field to facilitate programme training and assessment for the Horticulture sector in Hawke’s Bay. In this integral role you will support the team by coordinating schedules, performing administration, and maintaining training and customer data. To be successful, you will need to build effective working relationships with your Training Advisers, employers, trainees, and providers.
This role would be based in Napier.
You should have:
- Experience in administration or a similar role
- Experience with MS and Data entry
- An ability to re-prioritise and adjust to new circumstances
- Initiative and a process driven mindset
- Pride and responsibility in your outcomes
- An ability to collaborate in a team and build effective working relationships
Knowledge about the primary industry is advantageous, but this can be learned on the job with the right attitude.
