The position’s primary responsibility is to successfully develop and manage the horticulture cadetship programme. As we grow, this role will too!

  • You will be initially responsible for four cadets with the intention to bring on additional cadets every six months as they progress through the programme.
  • You will take a lead role in developing the cadetship programme, ensuring high levels of pastoral care, mentorship and coaching.
  • You will be an experienced people manager with high levels of empathy, patience and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience and background requirements also include strong communication skills, stakeholder management and wider workforce strategy development skills.
